As part of a collaboration between The Apollo Group and Virgin Voyages, I was entrusted with the pivotal role of assisting the development team in crafting the user interface and experience design for a bespoke job portal website. This platform aimed to serve as a centralized hub for hiring managers to effortlessly post job listings and for prospective candidates to seamlessly upload their resumes.

Key Objectives:

1. Seamless User Experience: The primary objective was to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface that streamlined the process for both hiring managers and job seekers. This involved meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the design, from navigation flow to form interactions.
2. Brand Adherence: Given the prestigious reputation of Virgin Voyages, the design ethos of the job portal needed to resonate with the company's brand identity. This required a deep understanding of Virgin Voyages' visual language, tone, and values to ensure consistency across the platform.
